Are all items legit?
Every item in our store is 100% legit. Vendor (i.e. Nike, Adidas, Supreme) receipts and additional photos are at any time available.
In which condition are the items sold?
Usually, all items are deadstock (unused with tags) and in most cases in the original packaging.
If the condition isn't deadstock its mentioned in the description.
How long does the shipping take?
All items are delivered from Switzerland. Everything within Switzerland is sent with A-Post and international with Priority shipping. The items are shipped as soon as we get it from the vendor. Normally we receive it within a week. The full delivery time depends on the buyer's location.
How much does the shipping cost?
The total shipping costs are visible in the checkout area.

What does "*Not arrived yet*" say?
If this comment is mentioned in a product description then the given product is not in hand yet. We placed the order and waiting for the product. This can affect the delivery time.
What does "In stock, ready to ship" say?
If this is mentioned in the product description then the given product is in stock and will be shipped as soon as possible.
Can I return a shop item?
The customer is entitled to return the goods within 14 days after receipt without further reasons. In this case, the customer undertakes to return the goods in their original condition and without defects within seven further days.
